The Research Of Party Worker’s Training System Optimization Based On Competency

The primary party organization is the foundation of party work and fighting capacity.It is also the battle bastion which leads Chinese People to carry out the party’s theory and route and plays a vital role in promoting development,serving people,condensing the will of people and promoting harmony.As a specific execution and the operator,party worker’s ability is the core link in party’s work,it also determines the party organization function.As the society is in transition period,the task of serving people becomes more onerous,which needs much more powerful abilities of party workers.For a long time,the party organizations at all levels attach great importance to the cultivation of worker’s ability and take various means of training at the same time.They also invite many experts,scholars and social institution to study how to promote party worker’s ability from the theoretical level.In this background, this article made a survey on party worker’s ability of J district and analyzed how to optimize the training system.The grass-roots party work in J district started early and achieved fruitful results through continuous work.It has a great influence in Shanghai even the whole country.The party workers of J district are famous for their high capacityand quality.They help people solve many problems and resolve many contradictions with their wisdom.Therefore,it will highlight representative to make a research on them.We mainly made interviews and questionnaire survey in the process of research.We made research both on party workers and community residents.From the research results, the method of research was very necessary,it also played a good effect.Data showed that it had an existence of "positive difference" and "reverse difference" between party workers and community residents. This phenomenon reminds us that we can’t make a research in one perspective or level only,multi-dimensional research can help us understand facts more comprehensive and objective.It also can helps us make more effective policy suggestions through comparative analysis.It needs an overall design if we want to optimize party worker’s training system based on competency.To this end,we made a survey on party worker’s training demand of J district.In the scheme design,We considered the differences in age and knowledge structure of party worker,we also classified them and put specific advice.Closely combined with the feature of era,we chose some fresh courses such as "psychology" to enriched training contents for better training effect at the same time.Party worker’s ability determines the effectiveness of the grass-roots party work while training is an important way to improve ability.We hope this article can be useful to optimize the party worker’s training system and improve their ability in the end which makes them serve society and serve people better.
