A Study Of The Service Capabilties Promotion Of Primary Party Organizations In Hangzhou Binjiang

Primary Party organization is the base of all the work and combat effectiveness of the Party, and played an important role in promoting development, serving masses, condensing power and promoting solidarity for a long time. Under the new situation, it is more difficult for primary Party organizations to provide service to the masses. So, Community Party organizations should actively adapt to the new situation, effectively raise sevice capabilties, and to really fulfill the duties given by the Party constitution, and to give play to the role of good community Party organization's fight fortress, provide important guarantee for the state security and the various undertakings flourishing for the Party.The article system combed the theory origin of the construction of the development of primary Party organizations service capabilities, using literature analysis method, inductive deductive method, on-the-spot investigation method and case method, to study ascension of Hangzhou Binjiang community Party organizations' serving capabilities. At present, Binjiang has achieved some valuable experience. Of course, here are still some problems in practice in the service of the masses of Binjiang community party organizations. The article give three suggestions to enhance the sevice capabilies. Binjiang is the first batch of state-level high-tech zone, the building of primary party organizations of Binjiang have representative in China. To study how to enhance the community party organizations' sevice capabilties of Binjiang is useful to most parts of China, especially for high-tech zones.
