An Investigation On The Present Situation Of Sichuan Cppcc Committee Duty Performance Management By Informatization

Since the Chinese People Consultative Conference inception, it has been playing a very important and special political role in the new China’s political life. As a member of the CPPCC committee, it bears political consultation, democratic supervision, participation in politics duties. Providing services and management is the important job at all levels of the CPPCC organizations. How do they work, and on this basis, innovative ways to improve the management level, and enhance the effectiveness of members to perform their duties, is an important indicator to measure the performance of their duties management of CPPCC organizations at all levels.With the full advent of the information age, through the development of e-government construction, the CPPCC organizations use information technology tools to manage the performance of CPPCC members duties, is a necessary requirement for innovation and development of the CPPCC, and also is an important part of self-construction indispensable, which CPPCC important starting point to create a new situation.This paper attempts to investigate the current situation of management of the CPPCC members to perform their duties, and conduct investigations investigate the use of information systems management effectiveness role members to perform their duties, conduct a comprehensive analysis of the development of management practices and the use of objective problems that exist and to sort out try to answer, for these experiences can bring some work enlightenment to CPPCC organizations.This paper choose the Office of the Sichuan CPPCC department staff which has been using information systems for the survey, through literature research, variety of survey research methods, statistical analysis, based on visits through the acquisition and statistical data to understand their duty performance under conditions of information management, summarized achievement and experience acquired in the management to perform their duties, to identify the problems in practice, explore the findings to improve the performance of CPPCC members duties effective management countermeasures and suggestions on how to further improve the performance of their duties the management committee, so members of management to achieve the best performance of their duties, authorities at all levels of the CPPCC members to carry out their duties more effectively manage work and provide a reference feasible solution.
