Legalization Path Of Policy Implementation Mechanism In Regional Economic Integration In China

In recent years, regional economic development is an important symbol of China development. To this end, China’s government has brought out a series of regional policy for promoting regional coordinated development. However, in practice, regional policy has a tendency to be unspecific and fragmented, which is not conducive to the implementation of the policy. Policy implementation mechanism is the crucial factors of regional economic integration, which is important to carry out development strategies, plan and policies. This is not only a theory problem but also a practical problem.Besides preface and conclusion, the thesis is divided into five parts. The fifth part is about the Legalization path of policy implementation mechanism in regional economic integration in China 。 We must foster the concepts of development, construct the legal system in regional economic integration, establish authoritative organization and build the dispute settlement mechanism between governments, and so on.
