| The rapid development of the Internet today, great changes have taken place in the channels and means of information dissemination, Internet has become an important channel for people to obtain information. Since most of the network media have no legal right to interview, to obtain more complete information and works faster depends on reprint. There are a large number of copyright problems in the network media crazy reprinting progress. Which applicable license applied in network reprint is controversial. With our country’s legislation several changes, more triggered debates. This paper will use the concept analysis, comparative analysis of legal issues and case analysis and other methods of network reprint excerpts caused are analyzed and discussed.This thesis includes three parts, introduction, text and conclusion. Among them, the text is divided into four chapters to discuss.
