| There is a comprehensive poverty alleviation engineering for a period of three years of the Mang started in2008. The Mang was identified into the Blang in2009. Comprehensive poverty alleviation engineering dominated by administrative power had a great impact on the production and living of the Mang. As a Ethnic group with less population, the Mang was strongly affected,and they couldn’t adapt the dramatic changes. The purpose of this study was analysis the problems encountered by the Mang during and after the poverty alleviation engineering, and then strengthen bonds between the Mang and the government.The thesis combings the process of the poverty alleviation of the Mang of three times, and combings especially the implementation, achievements and problems of the comprehensive poverty alleviation engineering of the Mang. The part of introduction explains the origins, the related research theory and difficulties of writing this thesis, and there’s a brief description about the investigation point in the last. The first chapter describes the distribution and history of the Mang. The second chapter introduces the traditional culture and customs of the Mang, and makes a brief comparison with now. The third chapter describes the state of life of the Mang before the implementation of the comprehensive poverty alleviation engineering. The fourth chapter describes the content of the projects and achievements of the poverty alleviation engineering. The last chapter analyzes the problems in and after the implementation of the comprehensive poverty alleviation engineering, and provides suggestions for poverty alleviation of the Mang in the future.The ability and awareness of independent development of the Mang did not enhanced in the comprehensive poverty alleviation engineering, and the Mang dependents on government In some extent. The role of government should be changed from a lead to a guide in poverty alleviation in the future. At the same time, the government focus on the cultivation of ability and awareness of independent development of the Mang, and encourages the Mang to participate in poverty alleviation actively. The purpose is to make the transformation of development mode from exogenous to endogenous. |
