Building a socialist harmonious society in which a part is to strengthen the social management and innovation, and the forefront of political and social management is the grass-roots government, people come into direct contact with the grass-roots government’s management and service, so strengthen the research mode of social management and grass-roots government’s strong is very important.This paper is based on the social management innovation theory, elaborated basic content of social management, in-depth analysis of the current situation of township government and social management.
