Arizona case many other judgments made, changed American the constitutional doctrine, which in turn profoundly affected American society.The enormous scope of the Warren Court. It is in the progressive era judicial liberal tradition, based on the Warren Court judicial review and judicial precedents safeguarding the equal rights of citizens; dramatically expanded to protect freedom of speech and of the press; overthrow unequal distribution of legislative constituencies practice; give defendants in criminal cases more constitutional protection; for the first time acknowledged the constitutional sense of privacy.Warren Court’s judicial acts not only on American society in the 1950 s and 1960 s had a very strong impact, but also a profound impact on subsequent to the Supreme Court of Justice. In the 1970 s, the Supreme Court basically followed the liberal Warren Court’s judicial philosophy, and continued focus on the reality of the Warren Court’s judicial principles, judicial liberalism for a long time have been a distinctive feature of the Supreme Court.
