Study On Issue Of "the Housing Endowment" Mode In China Based On The Perspective Of The New Institutionalism

In recent years, China’s population has shown the increasingly serious aging population trend. In addition to since family planning,the emergence of the "four-two-one "family mode which cause empty nest family phenomenon increasing pressure in endowment. But in the present stage,under the condition of China’s social security system is not perfect also lead to the traditional endowment mode can not fully meet the needs of the elder’s life, in view of the actual situation in our country at present, we based on the typical case to"the housing endowment" mode in western countries and the successful experience in these countries, we consider to introduce "the housing endowment’ mode in our country, as a necessary supplement to the current social security system.This paper uses three kinds of methods:the literature researc h method, questionnaire method, and interview method. From the perspective of new institutionalism, makes a microcosmic and dynamic research on Datong s present situation in the implementation of the housing endowment” mode. This paper reviews the domestic and international to the relevant literature and research achievements of the housing endowment” mode, on the basis of this, the research ideas and research methods are determined. Thisarticle starting with the definition of the concept related to“thehousing endowment”mode, based on the New Institutionalismtheory, intergenerational wealth transfer theory, and life cycletheory, choose urban residents in Datong randomly selected200people to conduct a questionnaire survey and interviews. Fromthe aspects of individual characteristics, economic conditions,and the sample s participate willingness in the housing endowment” mode to carry on the questionnaire survey and interviews, Analysis Datong s present situation of the implementation of the housing endowment” mode. On this basis, using the New Institutionalism theory from the system level and cognitive level of China, analysis the existing problems in china s development of the housing endowment” mode.Through the research, in view of our country the existed problemin “the housing endowment" mode. In aspects ofthe regulatory system, regulatory system and cultural cognition to put forward the guiding suggestions:“the housing endowment" modeshould adhere to government led, government; need to play a positiverole in the mode; improve the legal system of“the housingendowment”mode, perfecting the system of market access andsupervision system; increase national finance educationand raping up propaganda.
