Anti Bureaucracy Thought Of Lenin And Its Enlightenment

The opposition of the bureaucracy is a very important political issue in thedevelopment of the socialism theory and practice. In the process of constructionof socialist Soviet regime, Lenin analyzed the root of the bureaucracy in thepractice, and put forward a series of opinions and ideas on how to prevent andcombat bureaucratism,which greatly enriched the Marxist theory. During theanti-bureaucracy of the Soviet Union, Lenin not onlyderive explorationtheoretically but also get the measures in practice. To explore the review of the Socialismwith Chinese Characteristics, there are a lot of similarities with the developmentprocess of Soviet socialism, therefore, in-depth study of Lenin’s thought againstbureaucracy will help to enrich Marxist theory of party building theory, offer thesolid theoretical foundation for the construction of the style of ChinaCommunist,contribute to the advancement of construction of theoretical innovationof theruling party.This paper firstly interprets the connotation of Lenin anti bureaucratism andits characteristics,expounds Lenin based on inherited from Marx, Engels antiofficialism thought, then he form and develop his anti bureaucratism theory.Lenin’s anti bureaucratism continues to mature and improved in the experienceof the Russian October revolution, the consolidation of the Soviet regime, theperiod of neweconomic policy. Secondly, based on the analys of the economic,political,bureaucratic thought history and traditional culture and Soviet its systemfactors, I will elaborate Lenin about the Soviet system performance againstbureaucracy and effective measures in the practice, the interpretation of Lenin’smain content of bureaucracy. Finally,in the new historical period, reviewingLenin’s thought against bureaucracy, have a very important enlightenment to the strengthening the Party style and clean government, more clearly understand theessence of bureaucracy to us, carry forward the fine tradition of the partymaintains flesh and blood ties with the masses, strengthen the Party Constructionof a clean and honest administration has the important enlightenment ofimproving the scientific level of the ruling party, which provides useful guidanceand reference for strengthening the Party style and cleaning government.
