The long-term Education Reform and Development Plan of China (2010-2020) suggests that farmers are the main contributors and builders of building a new socialist countryside. So it’s the most important and critical thing to cultivate new farmers and develop human resources vigorously in rural areas of talent. Therefore, we should establish and improve rural education and training system and mechanism to develop rural human resources as the foundation engineering, strategic task to provide the new rural construction ideological guarantee, spiritual motivation and intellectual support. As a result of migration of male laborers from countryside to urban, rural left-behind women have become the main force of agricultural production, the actual undertaker of family education, as well as the main participants in the local custom civilization and democracy at the grassroots level. Their education and training problem increasingly cause the attention of the society, especially the training of young left-behind women’s human resources.This study used the literature research and the empirical research methods to analyze and research the youth left-behind women’s new characteristics and the training system First of all, based on the research of shortages and limitations to define the research’s focus, direction and framework. Then combined with the actual survey and the interview, use the survey data to generalize the current status and the problems of human resources training about the rural left-behind womea And Comparative analysis the differences of the young left-behind women and the traditional left-behind women in terms of human resources quality, human resources development potential, and human resources training effects. On this basis, the paper uses the AHP which is a multi-attribute decision-making method for the social system to build the hierarchy model and determine the weight of each training program, then building a kind of curriculum for young left-behind women Next is the organization implementation and management, mainly from the training mode, training methods and training process control of these three aspects are discussed. Finally we use the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model to build the human resources training assessment system in order to improve the entire training system.we build an education training system for the young left-behind women in order to improve their overall quality, to increase their stock of human capital, to avoid going the way of the traditional left behind women. This has great practical significance for the improvement of well-being index and employability of the new generation of women left behind in rural areas.
