According to statistics, the current per1000old men only have16.6pension beds, this is far lower than the level in developed countries per1000old men have50to70beds, it cannot meet the needs of the current society.The social endowment service system construction plan,2011-2015published by the national and several opinions on speed up the development of pension services promulgated by the state council point out on the social endowment service system which is on basis of family endowment and community endowment as the backing, institution endowment to support. The goal is to reach thousands of the old man enjoys every30pension beds in the next3years.This study will explore a feasibility project which is in home endowment service mode, by repairing and renovating the idle rural farms and farmhouse to add endowment beds. Also the study will make the industrialization development of the result.
