| Because of China’s urban and rural dualistic economic structure and the concept of long-term rural areas and farmers in China fall behind, the influence of the farmers’ legitimate rights and interests can not get effective maintenance, has become the current rural social problems and people’s livelihood problems. Legal aid in our country’s rural areas is not smooth, failed to achieve the desired effect, mainly displays in the countryside legal aid is not the most disadvantaged farmers. This not only because of the rural economy, mainly rural, rural legal system to promote cultural development lags behind.In2013the third plenary session of the eighteenth explicitly put forward to perfect the legal aid system. Agricultural entry still accounted for more than half of the population in our country, improve the focus of China’s legal aid system is the legal aid system in the countryside. Farmers are still vulnerable groups in our country, and the largest number, they have their own characteristics and laws, which is mainly manifested in legal consciousness is weak, the traditional clan, seriously affect the culture and habits. So in the rural areas to carry out the legal aid, should according to the characteristics of the rural areas and farmers, to differ, to the city to follow the law of its own. This needs us to find out the crux of the problem and the influencing factors of rural areas and farmers and effective analysis, so as to find way to fit the development of the rural legal aid.this paper select as the research sample, using the empirical method, analyze the current situation of the development of rural legal aid of the city, sanming city, think the current countryside legal aid still exist many problems, such as high threshold of legal aid, the linkage mechanism is not yet fully established, the rural legal aid form remains to be perfect, quality is uneven, countryside legal aid farmers’ legal consciousness is not strong and rural legal aid awareness is not high, and so on, at the same time analyzed the supply capacity of sanming legal aid, legal aid and gradually reduce the threshold, through various channels to enhance resource, we will accelerate the establishment of a legal aid linkage mechanism, the form of people’s mediation should be brought into the rural legal aid, improving the quality of legal aid services, increasing legal aid publicity countermeasures of sanming city, to strengthen and improve the rural legal aid. |
