Research On Building The Accountability Of LYDF

With the social and economic development and further reform, the development of China fund ushers in new opportunities and challenges. Accountability, as the core competitiveness of public offering foundation, determines the future development of the foundations. The43local youth development funds are special types of fund groups whose urgent task is to have clear orientation, find the right path, make practical construction of accountability and achieve great accountability which are also the funamental policy and long-term plan.Taking the theories of accountability, social capital, path dependence, internal governance as theoretical basis, using the methods of literature research, systems analysis, social investigation, case studies, expert interviews and so on, this paper probes into the current situation of youth development foundations of accountability, points out some weaknesses of accountability, analyses the internal and external causes of the lack of accountability. Based on the analysis of the present development of LYDF, it puts forward the following suggestions:to remove administration for the sake of constructing real foundations should be the strategic choice; to raise brand awareness, enhance trust and strengthen internal management should be the practical approach. More feasible approaches concerning " raise brand awareness, enhance trust and strengthen internal management" are provided in this paper as well.
