Analysis On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of The Foundation For One Foundation

In recent years,China is in the period of socialist transformation.With the continuous development and progress of society,the functions of government and the governance structure of the country are also changing.A lot of research on theory and practice show that the non-profit organizations are playing an increasingly important role,not only to a certain extent,make up the "government failure" and "market failure",but also closely linked with people’s daily life in many fields(culture,education and health)plays a great role in promoting.Gradually become the mainstay of socialist transformation period.More and more scholars research on non-profit organizations,because of the influence of administrative management mechanism,the development of non-profit organizations also exist certain limitations,there are still some problems in the development process,so it is significant to research the countermeasure of solving the problem.In this paper,the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the research is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,research background and significance,introduces the research status at home and abroad;the second chapter of the concept of non-profit organizations are defined,respectively,introduced the definition of non-profit organization characteristics,followed by introduction of classification;the relevant theoretical research of Nonprofit Organizations:"market failure" and "government failure" and"new public management theory,and expounds the non profit organizations;in the third chapter,based on the above theory,this paper expounds the present situation of the development of non-profit organizations in China,gradually expand the scale,common development and more categories,the activities involved in a wide range of areas,and gradually improve the management,to the legal system;then the paper points out that the current laws and regulations in the development of non profit organizations is not perfect,its The construction of the ability of poor,lack of professional talents,lack of funds and other major issues;the fourth chapter introduces the main case-the one foundation,first introduced the foundation of the development process,operation mechanism,vision and mission,is pointed out during the foundation in the development dilemma,and analyzes the reasons dilemma;the fifth chapter puts forward the research on non-profit organizations abroad to bring our experience and can be used for reference;the sixth chapter puts forward countermeasures one foundation of development and management,hoping to provide reference value for the healthy development of non-profit organizations in China;the seventh chapter the research conclusions and prospects.
