The Empirical Research On The Effect Of Social Capital On The Neighborhood Community Service Effect

With the great speed of economic development, the acceleration progress of urbanization.The construction and development of city community has become china urbansocial transformation’s objective requirement and inevitable product. City neighborhoodcommunity service as the basic and core content for the construction and development of citycommunity, the neighborhood committees as carrier to provide community service, if itsfunction can effectively play directly determines the quality and the direction of thecommunity’s construction. Social capital as a collection of tangible and intangible resourcesHave a certain impact on the neighborhood services effect. Through social capital to improvethe service of Community Neighborhood Committee has important meaning on thecommunity management. So this paper to explore the effect of community social capital ofthe community’s neighborhood committee service effect has very important realisticsignificance.In this paper, based on the former research, the social capital theory, team performanceand organization sociology theory as the guide, taking the urban community as researchobject, based on defining the concept of social capital and the neighborhood committee, putforward the structural dimensions of social capital, the relationship between the dimensions ofsocial capital, social capital cognitive dimension, task performance and contextualperformance and its metrics, to analyze the relationship between the three dimensions ofsocial capital and put forward hypothesis, constructs the theory framework of the effect ofneighborhood social capital services two-dimensional and affects two aspects, and makes atheoretical analysis on the effect of social capital on the neighborhood community serviceeffect, put forward theoretical hypotheses of the impact of social capital on neighborhoodcommunity service effect through to the Qingdao city; community survey questionnaire,statistical analysis was performed using survey data collected, the data is statistically analyzedusing the SPSS17.0software, using descriptive analysis, reliability test, validity test,regression analysis, correlation analysis, T test and single factor variance analysis method.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1) the community social capital has a positive effecton neighborhood community service effect.(2) The structural dimension of Social capital, the relationship between the dimensions of social capital, cognitivedimension of social capital of the community’s neighborhood committee service effect has apositive impact, the effect of significant extent from high to low order is the relationshipdimension, structural dimension, cognitive dimension.(3) The demographic variables, age,culture degree have significant impact on the community social capital; and it is only in theresidence community neighborhood committee community of service effects have significantinfluence.According to the above conclusions, put forward the following suggestions:(1) increasethe stock of structural dimensions of social capital in the community social capital.(2) therelationship between the dimensions of social capital into full play in improving the directpositive effect of neighborhood services effect of contextual performance and taskperformance and the role of intermediary role (3) and give full play to the cognitivedimension of social capital influence community neighborhood services effect.
