With the rise of association movements around the world,social organizations have become the main field for undertaking social functions,market failures,and public services,however,in parallel with the inadequacy of development of social organizations are many problems.In this essay,i intend to take the disability social organization as the research object,combining the practical dilemma of the disability social organization,using the social capital theory as a conceptual tool to focus on the relationship and influence of organizational social capital and organizational performance.This study select 237 samples of disability organizations by snowball sampling and with questionnaire to illustration.In terms of questionnaire measurement,I tend to combine the non-profit characteristics of social organizations with the special characteristics of disability organizations.Based on the reference to the predecessors’ scale,the organization’s social capital is based on the three dimensions of disability organization network structure,relationship connection and social cognition.Measurement,measuring the organizational performance by organizing business performance,social performance,and growth performance,and constructing a multi-factor impact model of organizational social capital on organizational performance.The scale and validity of the scale of this study is good.In terms of data statistics and analysis,the research mainly uses spss24.0 software to statistically analyze the recovered data,and specifically uses correlation and regression analysis to test the hypothesis of this study and draw the following conclusions:(1)In general,the disability organization society Capital has a positive impact on organizational performance.The network structure and social cognition of the organization have a positive impact on organizational performance.(2)The network structure of the disability organization has an impact on organizational performance by affecting the business performance and social performance of the organization.(3)The social cognition of the disability organization has an impact on organizational performance by affecting the social performance and growth performance of the organization;(4)The relationship between disability organizations has a weak influence on organizational performance,especially after adding control variables.Theimpact of relationship linkages on organizational performance is weak.Therefore,from the two aspects of the connotation and extension of social capital,i will reflect on the future management practices of the disabled social organizations.
