Research On The Cross-border Mongolian Ethnic Of The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The concept of cross-border ethnic is proposed after people have a deeper understanding of the ethnic in a certain historical development stage. From a practical point of view, cross-border ethnic is a new concept, but it doesn’t mean that there was no cross-border ethnic in the history. In fact, the cross-border ethnic groups have been in existence ever since the country appeared. The reason why they are not understood and taken seriously is that they are far away from the political, economic, cultural center, and live in the distant edge for a long time. Cross-border ethnic is a hot issue in the world today, involving politics, ethnology, international relations and many other disciplines. The cross-border ethnic issues and experiences from handling cross-border ethnic problems of various countries provided ample and valuable materials for the researchers.In recent years, cross-border ethnic research becomes one of the hot topics in ethnological academic research. There are two main reasons:one is the less research about the cross-border ethnic in the past and it has become the special field of study in recent years. Researchers need to study many problems, even some key theoretical issues are far from solved and there are many blanks need to be filled, so the study field of cross-border ethinic is relatively large. The other one is the problems of cross-border ethnic became serious in many parts of the world after the cold war, especially the problems of extreme nationalism have brought great trouble to the world peace and regional stability, which can not be ignored. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is bounded with Mongolia and Russia and the geographical location of which is important and special, the main Mongolian cross-border ethnic group has its own independent state in overseas. The Mongolian nations("three Meng")unified thought became popular recent years, which affect the cross-border ethnic and bilateral relations and the development of and border security problem of Sino-Mongolia to some extent. Now there are many research works about cross-border nationality and cross-border national problem are many, but almost no specialized works and articles about the problems of the Mongolia cross-border ethinic of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This paper chooses the unique ethnic group of Mongolia in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the topic; studies the impact of the cross-border ethnic problems in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on Sino-Mongolian cross-border ethnic problems and its countermeasures.The research methods of this paper include bibliographical information collect, on-spot investigation, interview and other comprehensive methods, trying to find out how the cross-border ethnic of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region impacts the Mongolia nation after the Mongolia was divided into two parts:the separation of ethnic and national identity, the influence of international political factors on the Sino-Mongolian relations, the influence of economic difference between China and Mongolia on cross-border ethnic relationship, the influence of cross-border Migration of the Mongolian ethnic on the relations between China and Mongolia and on social development and stability of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. This paper’s aim is to find out solution for cross-border Mongolia ethnic problems to make cross-border Mongolian people understand the reality and focus on the ethnic development, such as formulate relevant national policies, formulate the corresponding measures according to the Inner Mongolia race. On this basis, people must pay attention to the problems of cross-border ethnic groups, comprehensive use of various means, bases on the principle of upholding the national interests and to deal with the Mongolia cross-border national problems of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
