| Depending on its advantages in broadcasting, TV media has always been playing a great part in moral education since it appeared. But with the development of society and technology, the influence of the Internet on people goes deeper in the wave of globalization and information technology. As a result, the limitations of TV media in moral education started to appear. Therefore, strengthening and improving the influence of TV media on moral education is gradually put on the agenda.In this thesis, using the development of TV media as entry points, I talk about the wide influence of TV media on people and its inborn function of moral education with the purpose of discussing the influence of today’s TV media on moral education under the new background of the Internet. Supported by the main theories of TV media, this thesis focuses on analyzing objective facts and the development needs of moral individuals in the Internet age. Meanwhile, the strategies and methods which can help TV media play its role in moral education under the new background are also explored in this thesis.The first section of the thesis introduces the current significance, research status and methods of my subject; in the second section, I comb carefully the development course of TV media and its audience in China from the earliest days of the People’s Republic of China until today; then the influence mechanism of the present TV programmes in education is elaborated in the third section; on the basis of the discussion above, the fourth section mainly discusses moral education theories and practice of TV media under the background of the Internet, and further points out that the function of moral education has changed as the Internet age comes and subsequently some problems appeared when TV media plays its role in new moral education; at the end of my thesis, I put forward some corresponding strategies to strengthen and improve the television’s influence on moral education. |
