A Study On The Growth Way Of Chinese Civil Society

The development of civil society is an inevitable trend in the history.To break through the development dilemma of the contemporary China andout of the negative impact of the reform is also inseparable from thetheory of civil society. It is obviously, comprehensive the research ofthe theory, the growth of civil society is the outcome of combined ofexogenous factors and endogenous factors. Exogenous factors such asmarket economy,policy and institutional changes play an important anda dominant role in development of civil society. But in comparison,endogenous factors is more invisible or even be ignored in affecting thegrowth of civil society. It is closely related in endogenous factors andthe constituent elements for the growth of civil society, mainly includingenvironmental factors and body factors. This paper argues that we mustfocus on the endogenous factors to explore the growth of Chinese citizenssociety, and have to analysis these factors in Chinese current developmentsituation and sum up the reasons for founding a suitable path to Chinese.From the perspective of history and realistic conditions in China,the path of civil society of China is more dependent on the pattern ofbuilding which is unlike the natural evolution road of western. Actorsare the main body factors.It is a complex social variables, including individual citizens and social organizations. From the sociologicalsignificance, actors are not only the most basic unit for State and civilsociety, but also the carrier and motivation to the social action. In theview of actors to explore the growth path Chinese civil society can notonly sort out the inner elements clearly,but more outstanding thesubjective initiative of constructing subject. Analysis of conditionsabout actors participation which throughout the production of publicspace, the cultivation of civic culture and the development of socialorganization, which is the essence of the civil society and make afoundation to build a solid civil society.It is in the transition period for contemporary China.To build aharmonious society is the ardent expectations for all of the country andharmonious society should be a good citizen society. Therefore, the studythe growth road of civil society is necessary in theory and reality. Thispaper intends to explore the elements of civil society in China in theview of actors and analysis the impact and importance of public space,civic culture and social organizations. And then investigate thesituation between actor and civil society, thus find out the reasons andfinally through the analysis of all to find the way which is adapt toChinese civil society.
