In this paper, I mainly use Oracle and other historical unearthed toresearch the Military Decree of Shang, and some of my views is proposed.What is the main content of the Military Decree of Shang? What are thecharacteristics of the Military Decree of Shang? What are the relationshipbetween the Military Decree of Shang and military level, and therelationship between the Military Decree of Shang and social conditions?The questions are to be discussed in this paper.The thesis consists of three parts–the introduction, the main bodyand the conclusion. And the main body is divided into three chapters.Introduction begins with the brief description of Shang’s situation,and the definition of the conception such as the Military Decree of Shang.Then, it’s the relevant academic achievements of this article of the sort.Finally, I explain the sense of the choice for this topic.The first chapter research the main contents of the Military Decreeof Shang, includes the military commands, the military organizations, andthe military responsibilities. In this chapter, I don’t think themilitary commands from Shang’s king have the characteristics of theMilitary Decree of Shang.Chapter two analyze the characteristics of the Military Decree ofShang, includes the color of theocratic law, unwritten, and the important position of Shang’s king in the system of the Military Decree of Shang.In the third chapter, the paper discusses the relationship betweenthe Military Decree of Shang and the standard of Shang’s military andthe social conditions.The last part is the conclusion. Firstly, the paper summarizes themain contents of this article. On this basis, the paper further analysiswhat’s the Military Decree of Shang looks like. Finally, I hope that Iwill make some meager help, by writing this paper.
