In recent years, with the deepening of the reform and open policy, our country society, especially the rural society in our country is in a new development stage opportunities and contradictions in the dual development period. Grassroots social of all aspects of social changes prompted the Catholic organization in our country the rapid development of the country. Rural Catholic organization not only in faith form embedded farmer’s ideological structure, provide a new concept, but also as a kind of social organization strength, they have begun to make the power at the grass-roots level main body status in the village life, function and the relationship between the adjustment, at the same time, social and cultural life of rural has important influence. Lay Catholic groups and rural regime in the interaction with what kind of action logic, and how to recognize the role of Catholic organizations in rural political participation. Exploration of these problems, be helpful for deepening the research on rural governance and village autonomy.This article selects hebei luq south village village as a case study, through the country Catholic in rural grassroots political and social life aspects such as the participation of the study, visiting the Catholic church in contemporary rural society and grass-roots political participation attitudes and behaviors.
