Research On Law Problems Regarding Propagation And Supervision Of Financial Nformation On The Micro-Blog

Micro-blog has quietly become the most important keyword in now days, and it symbolizes a new communication era, market rules have been experiencing unprecedented challenge under such rapid transmission of information. This paper introduces that when the traditional broadcasting style was overturned by micro-blog which has strong self-media properties,with advancement of IT,such influence also happened in financial information supervision because of micro-blog effect.By taking positivist approaches and collecting original data, this paper firstly analysis the new impact on the spread of financial information by micro-blog and explains the "micro-blog effect" through behavioral finance theory, then makes the specific theoretical and empirical researches, finally interprets the nature of financial information supervision and puts forward some law administration proposals according to the basic idea of "the rule of law".This article mainly contains five parts.Chapter one primarily focus on the extension from "the object" to "the person" of financial information investigation target and gives a brief introduction to the influence of the financial information propagation, which laid the basis understanding for whole paper.With the perspective of behavioral finance,including limited attention, authority dependence, herd behaviors and internet rumors, chapter two makes a detail analysis about "micro-blog effect"-impacts on securities investors’behavior due to micro-blog-so that proofs finance worries. Chapter three from the qualitative and quantitative aspects,using specific cases and data analysis not only enhances the sense of reality but concludes some problems in micro-blog govern.Chapter four’s research is the paper’s theory destination which makes a plain understanding for "Micro-blog Nomocracy" and explains two regulatory philosophy.The last chapter is author’s own thoughts about the improvement of the legal system after summing up the situation and insufficient, it also presents the control guiding ideology for implementing micro-blog financial information supervision via game theory.In the current, media economy is unfolding. It has important significance for stability of financial order and self media’s development to pertinently raise and govern problems which emerges in financial information propagation on social media such as micro-blog, further more, self media will become the core consideration for whether finance or media industry on the way legalization.This paper starts the research with a rather new perspective, combing related knowledge from law, behavioral finance, communication and economies, especially brings forward the concept of "Micro-blog Nomocracy", it has some innovative and valuable reference.
