| In August 2005, Jilin province federation of labor unions chose Qinghe streets as the pilot,carrying out the construction pattern of social union,the purpose is to solve the problem as non-public enterprises built rate is low, rights protection is weaker, frequent occurrence of labor disputes. Nowadays, after nearly a decade of promotion and development,Non-public enterprises in Jilin province no matter in built rate,the number of members to absorb or on the strength of human rights, support area,it gets a lot.But at the same time, we should clearly recognize as for a reform,one decade is just a beginning,social work of non-public enterprises in Jilin province the union still need to improve.In consideration of this,on the basis of reference a large number of relevant literature, we use Changchun, Jilin, Baishan, Tonghua, and many other cities and counties’ basic-level labor union as foundation, analyze the current situation of non-public enterprise union social construction in Jilin province.This socialization mode have its advantage,but there is also some disadvantages exists,such as: professional labor union chairperson of wages, ability level, and many other aspects and its role expectation does not match,Mobilization, supervision have not enough law to allow,Internal rights lower than external support effective;Information lag influence work progress and so on.All in all,I think that the union workers should change their thinking mode, establish the self-raised funds, and enterprise win-win consciousness,Clear the core and key of union work;Borrowing relevant experience for their own use, dig their own creativity;Broaden the information transmission channels, to create awareness unions.At the same time, other relevant departments shall assist the union to complete laws, management, and selecting mechanisms. The final purpose is to ensure the union workers works scientific and effective. |
