Now in China, population aging has become a social problem can not be ignored. With China’s growing elderly population, China’s demand for old-age care workers will be growing, so our pension problems in nursing workers deserve our attention and research. Aged care in developed countries have established a relatively complete and mature management and service system, they follow the principles of the elderly is both to make full pension institutions get professional care, but also for career endowment care workers who have complete consideration.However, China’s current pension carer industry for no more perfect and mature management system, a serious lack of nursing care practitioners,nursing care workers face many difficulties in terms of wages, social security, and career development. Field of social work for the pension problem carer currently lack adequate research. Therefore, how to improve the plight faced by pension care workers to improve their quality of service and satisfaction is a need to study the issue.In this paper, homes for the elderly to Hohhot city as an example, through questionnaires, interviews, case studies and other methods combined with the actual situation in Hohhot nursing home, to live and work status care workers who were investigated. Which the survey data were collected mainly from two aspects I care workers, the elderly, hospitalized, analysis, combined with individual endowment care workers and the elderly interviews, analysis of the dilemma faced by carers and Genesis. The results show that this group of nursing home care workers face a major low wages, high labor intensity, Social Security isnot in place, low job satisfaction, care workers, clients satisfaction with care workers in five areas of low predicament. Finally, one of the elderly carer satisfaction with the implementation of low social work intervention,and achieved good results.I believe that the difficulties faced by pension carer groups, the government, society, work together to help solve the nursing home. And then be able to promote the nursing profession in a more mature and improve management and services, so that the pension career in China has made great progress.
