Study On The Leisure Culture Construction Of Hui Xian’s Mountainous Countryside From The Perspective Of The Marxist Leisure Viewpoint

With the development of economy, the standards of farmers’ livings have been significantly improved, “Leisure” is becoming an important part of peasant masses’ life, the rural leisure culture construction gets more and more attention from government and people.The rural leisure culture construction belongs to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it needs to adhere to the theoretical guidance of Marxist. The Marxist view of leisure is an important part of the Marxist, it illustrates the dialectical unification relations of leisure with labor, people, society: Leisure is based on labor,the prerequisite is to dominate free time, the aim is to promote the construction of harmonious human society, the ultimate goal is to promote people’s full liberty. It provides scientific guidance and clear direction for the rural leisure culture construction.Under the guidance of Marxist view of leisure, the paper selects the mountainous rural of Hui Xian as the research object. First, it divides into seven parts to research the situation and effectiveness of the cultural construction of Hui Xian mountain rural leisure: the basic situation of villagers, the attitude situation of villagers’ leisure, the villagers’ participation in leisure activities, the conditions of the basic construction of leisure, government support status, the impact of the situation on thevillagers, villagers’ expectations to the construction of leisure. The second, analyses the dilemma in the presence of Hui Xian leisure construction: the uneven distribution of leisure time, farmers leisure attitude is not positive enough, farmers beneath healthy leisure activities,the infrastructures of rural leisure is not perfect, the township government’s investments is not in place, Meanwhile, the paper also analyze the cause of predicament. Finally, according to the dilemma and the causes, the paper from the farmer’s economic base, the farmer leisure quality, social participation degree, government support, put forward measures and suggestions to strengthen the leisure cultural construction of Hui Xian’s mountainous countryside.
