Enlightenment Of The Salary System Of The Japanese Officials On The Anti-Corruption In China

Official’s salary system plays an important role in the management of state officials. And it is not only a mean to ensure the basic living needs of the officials, but also an effective way to promote the officials being free from the corruption. Japanese official’s salary system has its own characteristic. And we need to learn some of the contents. China should adhere to the rational development of anti-corruption, the full utilization of the civil service compensation management to achieve the purpose of curbing corruption. By observing the Japanese official’s salary system to find out the enlightenments for China.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the basic answer to Japanese official’s salary system. This part is the basic of theoretical research, based on the definition of the concept of Japanese officials, to explain the general theory of the salary system, and looking through the history of Japanese official’s salary system and the main components of Japanese official’s salary system. The second part is the anti-corruption mechanism of the Japanese official’s salary system. In this part, through in-depth analysis of the salary system for Japanese officials to reveal why Japanese official’s salary system can curb the corruption. Among the process it used Japanese official salary’s standard, the method of payment, adjustment rules and management mode to do the analysis. The third part is comparative analysis of the Japanese and Chinese official’s salary system. By comparing with the two countries to sum up differences between the two countries, and try to find out some problems of Chinese civil servant salary system. The fourth part is enlightenment of Japanese official’s salary system for China’s anti-corruption. This is the most important part of this paper. By analyzing and sorting the foregoing, get the enlightenments from concept, system, technic of the Japanese official’s salary system.
