On The Perfection Of China’s Community Correction System

The system of community correction in our country since 2002 started pilot work,after more than ten years of exploration, has achieved great development, especially the "criminal law amendment(eight)" formally established the legal position of the community correction system. However, in the judicial practice of community correction system still exists some problems, some problems are still quite prominent.This paper from the community correction of the guiding ideology, the applicable object, implementation procedures, executive body, content and other aspects of our next step of community correction system design put forward a rationalization proposal.
