For example:adopting the discretion on parole and the legal part of parole in parallel, relaxing parole objects and periods, perfecting parole revocation and parole application rights, emancipating the mind and renewing ideas of judicial procedure, etc. Through these measures, the Chinese parole system can be improved and it can join the community correction better.
