Research On Enquiring The Government Through The Network

The network of political development is promoted due to the continually developing economy, the rapid development of the Internet, the speeding up of political civilization and the grooving enthusiasm of people’s participation in political life. Network governance is a form of network politics. The majority of Internet users issue their opinions to the government through the network platform. The government listens to the voice of the people, ask for the people and understand the people. Thus, the government can realize the basic rights of citizens’ participation in politics and also realize the respectability of working for the people. This thesis mainly deals with the typical case of the red net “Enquiring the Hunan Government”, so as to analyze China Network politics.This thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is a brief introduction to the significance of this study. The second part is a brief analysis of national network politics, Hunan network and the red net “Enquiring the Hunan Government”. The third part is a detailed analysis of the content’s characteristic and operation mechanism of the red net “Enquiring the Hunan Government”. The content characteristics are mainly embodied in the reply of content localization, standardization, and the topic of public opinion expression of spoken language in four aspects. The fourth part mainly analyze the characteristic of the red net“Enquiring the Hunan Government” from the fives aspects. They are the network of political localization, the extensive subject, part of the point process, openness and process. The fifth part is the focus of analysis of the existing problems and reasons of “Enquiring the Hunan Government”. The sixth part based on the existing problems discuss development countermeasures of “Enquiring the Hunan Government” from the three aspects of technology platform, builds a forced mechanism whose government is willing to listen to public, to understand the voice of the people, to solve the livelihood problems, to expand the people’s political participation, to develop the network’s effective Governance, to implement the right of the people’s participation in political activities, so as to promote the healthy and stable development of China’s political democracy.
