All of these undoubtedly have great r ealistic significance.Marx thought mainly includes the distribution according to work, need and by alloc ation of factor of production. in the process of development, Marx’s thoughts guide China through all the way, on which basis these thoughts are inherited and innovated, eventuall y formed Chinized Marxist Distribution Thought, including the distribution according to work as the main body, the variety of modes of distribution coexist, first distribution and second distribution being fair, redistribution paying more attention to fairness theory. All of these have strong operational guidance for solving the problem of China’s rural endo wment.Rural pension problem is a serve problem in China’s new rural construction, especi ally in rural old-age problem in Hebei. This paper introduces the general situation and de velopment characteristics of Hebei endowment, and introduces the current situation of H ebei endowment such as pension, family pension, self pension and the pension market. T he author in this paper analyzes four problems of specific patterns in detail for example, decline in self supply ability, weakening in family endowment ability, low level in social old-age security, lack of market supply and so on. The cause of these problems are variou s, but, to sum up, the main reasons are as follows: narrow coverage of old-age security, n on-standard old-age security management, non-perfect related pension legal system and n on-clear in rural endowment principal responsibility.In order to solve these problems, what should be done is to investigate the present difficulties and reasons in rural area distribution at the guidance of Marx thoughts. The a uthor puts forward concrete suggestions such as strengthening the top construction, cleari ng responsibility of main body on the basis of adhering to the principle of socialist superi ority, socialist market economy in order to vigorously develop productivity, to ensure the material supplies for the rural pension; Perfecting the rural social pension security system; Perfect rural pension law guarantee system, etc., it is hoped that a series of measures p lay a positive role to resolve the Hebei rural pension problem in our country.
