Urban Traffic Management Problems And Countermeasures In Chaoyang City

As the national economy sustained and rapid development, rapidly improve the level of city, the rapid growth of the quantity of motor vehicle, the change of the resident trip mode, China’s large and medium city traffic conditions have also deteriorated rapidly. City traffic management has increasingly become a great difficult problem lie in front of the city manager. This paper takes Liaoning Province as a case study of Chaoyang City, the traffic police department final executor -- from the perspective of city traffic management, to find the source of the local traffic management problem. Based on field survey to collect city traffic management first-hand data, based on analyzing the present situation of the Traffic Management in Chaoyang City, the use of data analysis, theoretical analysis, case analysis, comparative analysis and other methods, discusses the methods of quantitative and qualitative, put forward compared with the targeted traffic management countermeasures of city of Chaoyang city.
