Research Of City Multi-ethnic Community Endowment Service Improvement Based On The Theory Of "Strategic Triangle"

Along with the pricking up of population aging in our country, the problem of provide for the aged has become an unneglectable issue in our social life in China. However, owing to the change of family structure, traditional family support and social support have not been fit for the actual situation of the China. Under this condition, the station of urban community providing for the aged becomes more and more important, and it has been developing vigorously.The definition of community care is that the elders live in their homes, and the community organizes and manages the relative the agency which provide the services. For ethnic minority areas of multi-ethnic mixed community, the community endowment services more should be cherished, it decides multi-ethnic community stability and national unity. This paper choose the city multi-ethnic community elderly endowment as the object, studying the community service project "old people table" in YinChuan province H community, find out the problems of the multi-ethnic urban community care services.This paper use the framework on the theory of "strategic triangle". First of all, define the concept of urban community, city multi-ethnic communities and community endowment service. Second, expound the operation of the "old dining table" from the background, the source of support and the operational mechanism of this project. Third, through the questionnaire and interviews, analysis the problems of "the old people table", and find that the "old people table" still has many problems on capability and support.Coupled with the "old people table" business model is not formal, service personnel are not professional, workplace issues such as non-compliance, leading to the "old people table" project develop slowly, so there is still a big gap from a high level of community care services. Therefore, above these problems, in this paper,i put forward some suggestions for multi-ethnic urban community care services improvement based on police and indemnification, I hope there is some helpful for the multi-ethnic urban community-based care services work.In this paper, the innovation is that choose the city multi-ethnic community that different from ordinary community as the research object, through the concrete case analysis of minority community care center, studied the biggest concern of the present pension problems. This paper use the framework on the theory of "strategic triangle", The specific community endowment service as a research project into the theoretical framework, which innovative conclusions are obtained.
