In recent years, with the development of rural economy and the improvement ofliving standards of farmers, it has been found that rural families and self-governancebanquet scale is increased, the frequency is higher, and the varieties of meal pattern ismore. The number of designed personnel engaged in rural family dinner has risen tothe historic point. However, due to the processing site conditions, the level ofawareness of food safety and health of employees, contractors who self-protectioncapabilities, lack of regulators in restrictions prevalent in rural areas, a great feast offood safety problems can easily cause mass food poisoning. To explore the feast ofregulatory measures in countryside, Based on the Fenghua urban areas, banquetvenues run by the township construction, civil chef survey team, the knowledge tounderstand the situation of food safety regulations, food procurement aspects ofsampling, food processing and production aspects of sampling were analyzed, and thethe feast regulatory measures was proposed for Fenghua rural.
