The Crime Problems And Countermeasures Of The Underworld Property Orgnization In X City

As lack of contract spirit, perfect social management mechanism,the underworld property organizations overflow in the period of social transition in some places. Therefore,the central government launched a new round struggle of crime crackdown since March,2006,accumulated destroying more than 3000 underworld property organizations which caused extremely bad effect.Although the crime problems in x city are not so rampant than other places,the situation is still grim,worthy of a high degree of vigilance.Under the guidance of the social anomie theory,collaborative governance theory and the life cycle theory,the paper analysize the origin, development path, the characteristics of the underworld property organization crime with the empirical analysis method in X city. In addition,the paper draws successful experience from the domestic and international places in order to provide viable policy option tools and path for the prevention and control of the underworld property organization crime to realize the social stability and harmony.
