In the modern sense,Commercial law refers to the legal norm that adjusting market players and their activities, efficient commercial activities needs market players have the sense of good faith and treat the principle of good faith as code of conduct. The Good Faith is a result of keep faith in ethical category to meets the needs of the development of the market economy. The principle of good faith carries rich ethical connotation, which is mainly reflected in the ethical requirements and the functional aspects of ethics. The ethical requirements mainly is the sincerity of the subjective, trustworthy, the balance of interests; ethical function mainly manifests for guarantee the safety of transactions, lower transaction costs, balance equity transactions and facilitate the content of transactions. The author analysis this principle with a multi discipline, multi angle, and multi-dimensional degree, using inherent relevance as a starting point to analysis this principle in the concept level, the level of standardization and order level three aspects.
