Legal professional ethics play a huge role in the rule of law,with value orientation,behavior constraints,moral education and other functions,strengthening the construction of legal professional ethics is the key to the realization of good law governance,is a good medicine to prevent and curb corruption,is to achieve judicial independence "accelerator".Currently the legal professional ethics construction of our country has got a lot of achievement.But at the same time,there are many problems in the construction of legal professional ethics in our country,including that the code of legal professional ethics is not perfect,the level of legal professional ethics is good and some are bad,and the continuing education of professional ethics is not mature,etc.The main reasons for the analysis of the problem are the weakening of the function of excellent traditional cultural moral education,the excessive worship of personal interests,the loss of legal ethics education and so on.In order to solve these problems and causes,the paper puts forward countermeasures from the following aspects: first,improve legal professional ethics education,including traditional teaching mode,enrich the content of legal professional ethics curriculum,strengthen the integration of theory and practice,and establish perfect continuing education mechanism;The second is to improve the legal professional ethics system,including improving the restriction mechanism,legal professional investigation system,unified pre-service training system;Thirdly,it is to build a high-quality legal professional team,including raising the entry threshold of the judicial team,improving the professional level of legal professionals,strengthening the legal professional belief and enhancing the professional ethics consciousness of the legal professional group.
