China Legal System Of Forestry Carbon Sink Trade Research

Began in forestry carbon sink trade system in China under the background of the increasingly serious greenhouse effect, originated in the United Nations conference on climate change in the building plot development mechanism, along with the people’s attention to ecological environmental protection gradually established and developed. At present, the world has developed a lot of forestry carbon sequestration projects to combat the greenhouse effect, indirect reducing emissions of carbon dioxide, pursuing national economic and social sustainable development. In China as the world’s largest developing country, and has broad less non forest land and forest land, is an important participant of forestry carbon sink trade. And forestry carbon sink trade system in our country at present is not perfect, but in practice the forestry carbon sink trade is a positive development, the lack of legal system of security model of development will inevitably cause a lot of problems in practice, therefore, in the aspect of legal system of forestry carbon sink trade carried on research and discussion is very necessary. Based on the Angle of law thinking, using the research methods such as comparative analysis and empirical analysis to explore the main body of forestry carbon sink trade legal relationship object and content, and to the construction of legal system of our country forestry carbon sink trade are proposed.
