The Present Situation And Problems Of Protection And Inheritance Of Intangible Culture Heritage In Gansu Province From The Angle Of Law-sociology

Culture and cultural heritage play a decisive role in the development and progress of human civilization, a national culture contains the national spirit and national connotation. Intangible cultural heritage of Gansu province is an important part of Chinese culture, inheriting and protecting the intangible cultural heritage of Gansu province has very important significance to protect the diversity of Chinese culture. Along with the development of society, due to the natural, historical, human and other reasons, part of the cultural heritage, especially the intangible cultural heritage, was extremely serious damaged, in addition to the not good protection, and some even have endangered situation, face the danger of being lost. China enacted and passed the "Method of intangible cultural heritage of the people’s Republic of China" in 2011, provides the legal basis and legal guarantee to develop the work of the intangible cultural heritage. The thesis analyzes and discusses the present situation and problems of protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu province. This thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter is "an summary of the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage ", firstly, it introduces the definition of intangible cultural heritage in the "Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage" created by the UNESCO. Secondly, it analyses the existing academic research results of other scholars in the field of the intangible cultural heritage and understands the other scholar’s research direction and the research angle of view. The second chapter is the present situation of inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu province. It summarizes and analyzes the present situation of the number and distribution of the intangible cultural heritage in Gansu Province, showing vividly with tables, charts, maps and so on. The third chapter is "the problems of inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu province", taking the content of the interview with Lanzhou carved gourd intangible cultural heritage inheritors Ms. Chen Bing as the foundation, it analyzes deeply the existing problems in the process of inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu province. Problems include: lack of government management, no special laws and regulations, unreasonable age structure of inheritance, and so on. The fourth chapter is "the suggestions and countermeasures for protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage in Gansu province". This chapter mainly puts forward some useful countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the problems appear in the third chapter, and in order to promote the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage of Gansu province.
