The Research On Intelligent Coummunity Endowment Service Under The Background Of Smart City

With the rapid development of society, the aging of the population has gradually become a prominent problem in China’s society.China in an "aging but not affluent society" will face large challenge. As the city of Chinese earliest access to the aging,Shanghai has reached the average level of developed countries in the aging development.Traditional endowment service system can not adapt to the increasing demands of the aged.Under the background of ‘Smart City’ in Shanghai,to explore the intelligent community endowment service,and use smart technology to provide old with much more convenient, much more comfortable, much more warm service is imminent.The study found that intelligent endowment service in Shanghai generally includes the government purchases the intelligent endowment service model, the government cooperate with enterprise to provide intelligent endowment services, and the government cooperate with social organizations to provide intelligent endowment service.The government cooperate with social organizations to provide intelligent endowment service can be divided into two types of government’s leading and depending on community.And on the basis of the questionnaire survey, analyzes the existent problems of intelligent endowment service in Shanghai by using the positive analysis method. Then proposes intelligent endowment service system is not established,low-level smart technology,there are some difficulties that the elderly accept intelligent endowment service,and the content of the service is fewer.According to the thorough analysis to these problems, the paper points out the reasons of these problems are insufficient government input,enterprises lack ofmotivation,social organization lack of the ability of participate,family and community don’t fully play.To solve these problems, referring to the experiences of the foreign countries,British,America,Japan and the practice of domestic cities like Suzhou,Wuhan in the intelligent endowment service field,proposes that relying on the development of “smart city”,on the basis of the science and technology innovation,constantly improvement pension service content,encouraging the multi-agent cooperation to participate in,optimizing the service platform,alter the negative affluence.On the basis of which,the paper puts forward intelligent endowment service target model which include operation mode,service object,service content,and intelligent terminal..Then use SWOT model to analyze the feasibility of the target model.And proposes countermeasures to perfect the intelligent service for the aged service.It includes apply intellectual technology deeply,accelerate the establishment of intelligent endowment service system and strengthen the acceptance of the elderly to intelligent endowment service.Intelligent pension service is an overall system design with government, the society and the family.And it is an innovative pension service model,it is an important mesures to reduce the cost and perfect social endowment service system.
