Research On The Party Messes Communication Channels Of Communist Party Of China In New Period

The communication channels of the party and the masses plays an important role in constructing the harmonious relationship between the party and the masses.it belongs to the political communication,especially a sub problem of the communication of the party and the messes.The communication channels of the party and the masses as vascular skeleton in the body of the communication between the party and the messes,if the channel is smooth,communication of the party and the masses will be smooth too,and at the seem time,party and masses relationship will be harmonious and the harmonious party and masses relationship is conducive to the stable base of the ruling party.Based on this,I will study The communication channels of the party and the masses that exist in the history of the Chinese Communist Party,and the paper also researches the current new communication channels,analysis the existing problems,and put forward to feasible suggestions,in order to make a contribution to building a harmonious party masses relationship.The thesis includes introduction and five chapters,as follows:The introduction mainly elaborates topic goal and the significance of the paper,introduces the related studies of party and messes communication channels at home and abroad,introduces the main research content and research methods.The first chapter discusses the core concepts of the communication channels.the premise that the ruling party be in office is ruling legitimacy,and the people’s trust,support is the core of the ruling legitimacy.Political communication is the general social communication that involved in political affairs,while the party messes communication is an important part of the political communication,the channel is the key of the party messes communication.The Chinese Communist Party communication channels include institutionalized and non institutionalized.The second chapter reviews the history of the party messes communication channel.During the period of the new democratic revolution,the mainly channels are party members and Party organizations.besides,newspapers,radio stations,social groups,music and drama are auxiliary channels and playing an important role.After the founding of new China,the Chinese Communist Party from a revolutionary party change to the ruling party.in the planned economy period,the Chinese Communist Party members and the party organizations are still the main the communication channel,at the some time,there are many other communication channels,People’s Congress and Political Consultative Conference make up the lack of the communication,The news media strengthen the communication between the party and the masses.However,because of the Great Cultural Revolution,during this period,the party messes communication is almost at astandstill,the communication channels play a limited role.The third chapter mainly discusses the new changes of the party messes communication channels since the reform and opening up.After the reform and opening up,the party members and Party organizations recover to the main channel.With the development and popularization of Internet technology,there appears many new party communication,especially the Internet communication channels and new media channels,these channels broad the communication and play an important role in establishing the flat communication network,but also put forward new challenges to the party messes communication channel construction.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the main problem of the communication channels that faced in new period.As the main communication channel,Party members is divorced from the masses, "four Atmosphere" is outstanding.People’s Congress and Political Consultative Conference as the institutional party communication channels,there play a limited role in communicate masses.The mass media and the Internet can not directly reflect the social conditions and public opinion to the party and the government,and only realize the communication through the pressure of public opinion.Due to lack of independence of social organizations,and can not reflect members’ demands Leapfrog direct superior,social organizations play a limited role.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the party messes communication channel.The first,Communist Party of China should improve the quality of Party members;Second,to promote the reform of grassroots party organizations;The third,to improve the role of a bridge that the NPC and CPPCC between the party and the masses;The forth,to improve the petition work mechanism;The fifth,social group should play an important role in the party messes communication;The sixes,the news media and the Internet should play the role of communication in the party and the masses;finally,Communist Party of China should use social work methods to reduce the group events and extreme events.
