| Ideological and political work is an important part of enterprise management. Object of the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises in China is the enterprise employees, its purpose is to solve the problem of employee ideas, guide staff set up the correct outlook on life and values, make it with a positive attitude to work, can stimulate the enterprise endogenous motivation, promote enterprise long-term development. To achieve this goal, the use of incentive theory is indispensable. Motivation is one of the basic function of ideological and political work, this paper based on the incentive theory, based on the comprehensive analysis of the incentive theory, incentive theory and the relationship between the state-owned enterprise ideological and political work, through in-depth analysis of incentive theory applied to the state-owned enterprises in the status quo and existing problems of ideological and political work, accurate positioning, find direction, to explore the methods and countermeasures of has the feasibility and effectiveness, maximum limit arouse staff’s work enthusiasm and initiative in state-owned enterprises, to improve the efficiency of our country state-owned enterprise work, optimize the state-owned enterprise working methods,to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises plays an important role. This paper will be divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part of this paper. The second part from the concept of incentive, to interpret the meaning of incentive theory, and according to the specific content of enterprise ideological and political work, straighten out the staff incentive and enterprise ideological and political work, the relationship between the analysis and establish the correlation of the two. Indicate the incentive theory in the third part using the necessity of ideological and political work of the state-owned enterprises, including the ideological and political work innovation and building a harmonious enterprise development three aspects. The fourth part analyzes the incentive theory in the state-owned enterprise ideological, pointed out that the current in the state-owned enterprises for the problems existing in the motivation theory. The fifth part mainly is aims at seeking solutions to the problems existing in the path, such as education,strengthening, spirit and behavior motivation method applied to the state-owned enterprise ideological and political work, this paper discusses the incentive theory applied to state-owned enterprises countermeasures for the problems in ideological and political work. |
