| The labor dispute arbitration is a mechanism of labor rights protection with Chinese characteristics, also a necessary infrastructure to build a harmonious society. Good management of labor dispute arbitration and labor relations are extremely important to improve current level of economic development in our country under the premise of the rule of law and building a harmonious society.In accordance with the Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law and Labor Dispute Arbitration Rules of The Organization, among with other laws and regulations on labor dispute arbitration management, they can be divided into a few basic functions:tripartite coordination mechanism, entities building function of arbitration, management of arbitrators, and function of case management.In this essay, the author integrates the approaches of questionnaires methods, aimed at arbitrators, employers and employees.165 copies of questionnaires are filled out. Analyzing the 150 copies of effective questionnaires recalled, the arbitration management is well recognized by the public. However, there are some shortcomings existed, like deficiency of tripartite coordination mechanism, imperfection of arbitration entities building function, low arbitrators management level, and lack of management control of case management. Combined with fundamental theory of public management, the author puts forward the countermeasure by strengthing the balance of tripartite coordination mechanism, elevating arbitration entities building function, specifying management level of arbitrators, and perfecting functions of case management. |
