The Origin Of The Strategic Communication And The Analysis Of It’s Valuation

For every government, no matter in peaceful time or wartime,the communication of message always plays very important role in international affairs. As a new born concept, "strategic communication" was put forward by USA government. The construction of this strategic system is extraordinarily meaningful. Nowadays our government plays more and more important roles in international affairs. At the background of informatization and globalization, we are badly in need of constructing a complete communication system to reply the challenge from western word. Based on the development of strategic communication, this article tries to show the necessity of constructing our own strategic communication system. Through carding, analyzing and deconstructing the origin and practical operation of strategic communication, this article is trying to do a theoretical preparation for construction of our own national strategic communication system.
