Research On The Constitutional Ideology Of Communist Party Of China

Constitutional government is the practical politics and the political system to make the public power and fundamental rights of citizens normalized in accordance with the constitution, the aim is to achieve democracy and human’s all-round development in the political activities, it take the constitution as the premise, democracy as the core, democracy as the foundation, guarantee of human rights as its purpose, its the profit of combining the constitutional norms and practical politics by constitution. Constitutionalism was awared by chinese people with the invasion of western imperialist powers. Advanced political systems of western country begin to known by chinese people, western constitutionalism was introduced to save the nation from subjugation and ensure its survival, but ultimately failed. The establishment of the Communist Party of China had uncovered a new chapter for the construction of constitutional government in China, and lifted the curtain on the new democratic constitutional government movement that the main part of constituent assembly was laboring people. Constitutional thought accords with China’s actual conditions was explored by communists constantly in different period of Great Revolution, Agrarian Revolutionary War, the War of Resistance against Japan, the War of Liberation, Reform and Opening-up. After the third plenary session of the 11th central committee of the chinese communist party, the constitutional government of socialism with Chinese characteristics began to germinate, the 16th and 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China enriched the connotation of socialist constitutional government, pushed the socialist constitutional construction to a new height continuously. The constitutional ideology explored by communists promoted the development of china’s market economy rapidly, and strengthened and deepened the political restructuring, constitutionalism has becoming an irreversible trend in the development of China’s future.The construction of constitutional ideology of the Chinese Communist Party has increasingly become the orientation and objective of the socialist political system with chinese characteristics. This article has done deeper research in all aspects of constitutional ideology of Communist Party of China. Based on the background of constitutional ideology of Chinese Communist Party; the content of constitutionalism and the constitutionalism of Marxism were elaborated; the social, ideological and practical condition of the appearance of constitutional ideology of Chinese Communist Party were analyzed; the four stages of development through its infancy, formation, twists and turns and finally perfected in the period of new democracy to socialism were researched, and the connotation, breakthrough and the boost in political restructuring were also analyzed; the achievement and characteristics of the times of the constitutional ideology were summarized; finally the challenges faced under the new era as well as the impact on China’s political system were presumed.In a word, it is significant to research all the aspects of restructuring of the constitutional ideology of Chinese Communist Party, not only in promoting the development of a socialist legal system, but also in building a harmonious socialist society.
