To implement the use of political power and legal force, not only need the legal reason of argument, more hope that the voluntary submission to obtain all the members of the society and perceived support. Therefore, the relationship between justice and the rule of law is at all times and in all countries the academic circles has been are discussed.Western civilization as a home of the ancient Greece, discussion on justice and legal relationship, it can be said that throughout the entire Greek political study. Plato summarized the previous thoughts of justice, discusses the nature of justice and the relationship between justice and government and the rule of law, and put forward the ideal ideal state-- Wang Tongzhi’s philosophy on the basis of political justice. However, Plato’s pursuit of the ideal goal, because separates the ideal and the reality, ignore the reality of human life, therefore, destined to this ideal state can not be achieved in reality.Helpless, Plato only the second best, hope in the realization of the ideal of political countries cannot choose the country under the rule of law case. In his country under the rule of law, have a full understanding of the complexity of the real life of Plato, from the realistic conditions and practical process, the organic unity of the ideal and the reality to thinking about how we can achieve justice goal in the country under the rule of law. Based on investigation of various regimes of Greece, Plato thinks, hybrid regime is the best regime realize the principle of justice and the rule of law. The ideal of justice state and the reality of the country under the rule of law, is the way to achieve justice, each has its own value. Justice and the rule of interaction, mutual influence constituted Plato insights into political system.Plato views about the relationship between the justice and the rule of law, not only directly influences the students’ thoughts of Aristotle, moreover, had a major impact on the western political thought, occupies an important position in the world academic history, worthy of serious study.
