Study On The Legal Education By Internet Carrier

Nowadays, China is enhancing and improving the important measures by which the China Communist Party has pushed forward the rule of law. The public is the main object to be prompted by pushing forward the rule of law, so giving them legal education and improving their legal literacy will be good to accelerate the pace of pushing forward the rule of law. Many carriers that are efficient and happily accepted by people have been adopted since the start of the legal education in China.It is inevitable that the internet is adopted as the carrier of legal education because its technical features, popularity rate and the extent of how people like it.According to China’s condition, this paper put forward the countermeasure of legal education by internet carrier by analyzing the features of the internet carrier and combining both the good and bad influences which the internet carrier has made on the legal education. This paper is divided into 4 chapters. In the chapter 1, the connation, features and necessity of legal education by internet carrier is mainly described. The meaning of legal education by internet carrier is obtained by the comparison of legal education by internet carrier between both legal education on the internet and legal education in school. The features of legal education by internet carrier especially the We Media features of internet communication are detailedly summarized.From the perspective of the legal education carrier history, the inevitability and advantages of legal education by internet carrier are deduced.The present condition of the legal education by internet carrier is introduced in Chapter 2. The various forms of legal education by internet carrier at the present is also concluded. Both good and bad influences that the internet has made on legal education are analyzed by combining the real case of ’Xu Ting’ and ’Yao Jiaxin’. We analyzed the reason why the internet has made bad influence on legal education in chapter 3. By analysis, we concluded that the main reasons are the dual characters of the internet, the insufficient legal literacy the public has and the faultiness of the internet management, etc.In chapter 4, we summarized the former researches mentioned above and put forward a countermeasure to perfect the legal education by internet carrier. First, the internet based We Media education model should be perfected. Especially the law related practitioners ought to shoulder the duty to become the positive opinion leaders. Second, elevate the legal literacy of the public. Third, complete the internet legislation.
