The “five golden flowers” developed by Sansheng Village, Jinjiang District, has been the model of Chengdu’s arranging construction for city and countryside. The success results from the application of “adjust measures to actual conditions and misplace development”. All of the “five golden flowers” are developed according to their comparative advantages and their favorable location in near suburb of Chengdu. Simultaneously, a creative land circulation mode is created which balances the benefits among collective economy, external capital and peasant. As a result, traditional mode of production and management is changed, a modern agriculture sightseeing tourism is made, and the productivity is increased sharply. The creative land reform measures in “Sanshengxiang Mode” are precious experience for China’s land reform, so the background, measures and reasons of success are introduced in the first chapter.It has been ten years since “Sanshengxiang pattern” was created. As one of successful experience in Chengdu’s arranging construction for city and new countryside, fabulous performance is achieved as well as some negative issues. During the investigation, the author finds multiple contradictions and conflicts are concealed under superficial steady development, especially the contradiction between peasants and the other three subjects(including the government, external capital and village collectives), the peasants’ increasing right consciousness and the government’s mighty position in land transfer, the peasants’ requirements for capital infusion and the laws’ s strict restriction on land transfer. What’s more, the condition tends to be intensifying in recent years and shall be drawn attention by each relative subject. So in the second part, the analysis on the contradiction found in the survey is made from the aspect of law and the concealed reason is explored. In the third part, the author tries to seek the direction of China’s land reform and the construction of the peasant’s autonomous organization from the realistic demand found during the survey in Sansheng Village.
