In the service-oriented government building and implementing of administrative process services,How to improve government efficiency and how to improve the work efficiency have become an important subject of public administration 。 Performance evaluation, as an incentive to reach a useful wrist government run efficiently,Attention at all levels of government agencies,National leaders have offered to pay close attention to explore and construct a scientific evaluation system of government performance。So this research topic,Has a certain theoretical and practical significance。In this paper, systematic research, literature and empirical research methods,with two levels of theory and practice, on the Study of Performance Evaluation for South Town Government Rural Public Service Supply, and using corporate strategic management tool to balance Scorecard performance evaluation studies.The first part of the theoretical basis of the government’s public service performance evaluation combing departure, describes the background and significance of the government’s public service performance evaluation studies, research status and so on.The second part is the performance evaluation of public services in rural areas and the theoretical concepts of a comprehensive exposition; Then, on the basis of theoretical research, build a rural public service performance evaluation system, including the assessment principles to assess the subject and object, evaluation index system, etc.Nantang Town Government established the supply of rural public service performance evaluation model, Nantang Town Government for the supply of public services to make the performance evaluation and analysis layer by layer.The third part is the rural public service supply Balanced Scorecard Performance Evaluation feasibility analysis, describes the Balanced Scorecard implementation path,and the formation of a strategic map, also predicted the possible obstacles and proposesolutions.The fourth part is the supply of public services in rural Nantang Balanced Scorecard study design, and designing the questionnaire survey indicators, empirical analysis which using the Balanced Scorecard, SPSS software for survey descriptive analysis, factor analysis, analysis of variance.Nantang Town government study of rural public service delivery performance evaluation results of the analysis on the basis of Part V. The empirical analysis in this paper also has scientific and reliability, first by field surveys and the use of professional statistical software SPSS for analysis.
