Study On The Social Benefits About The Rule Of Law In The Cuture Circumstance Conduction

This paper is devoted to assessment of the social benefits in terms of legal systemconcerning culture. It is concerned with the analysis of the evaluation index system of itssocial benefits. With a reasonable evaluation index the outstanding performance of the legalsystem concerning culture is measured. The main objective of our investigation has been toobtain some ways of improve the basic path of social benefit. Eventually it has been notedthat the legal system concerning culture strikes root into the people’s hearts in good legal andcultural environment. Human development and social progress is inseparable from theinfluence of the environment and education. The sum of all the objective factors for eachindividual is under the domination of legal and cultural environment, which is a systematicproject that contains a variety of factors. All the members of society are set into thesetangible and intangible environments in character with some legal system concerning cultureinfluence, which produce a good social benefit. As a primary indicator of legal systemconcerning culture, a set of reasonable and perfect social benefit evaluation index systemshould be established. The objective of our work is to measure the overall level of socialbenefits at the present stage and give examples of specific data used in legal systemconcerning culture. The investigation carried out by legal system concerning culture hasrevealed on the change trend of social benefits.
